Operator portal

The CCNSW operator portal streamlines the activity reporting process for cemetery operators, making it easy for operators to provide us with the required information and ensuring the reliability and usability of the data.

Activity reporting will open for the 2025–26 financial year on 1 July 2026.

The primary contact for each operator will receive an email when the survey opens. You can start working on preparing and gathering your data at any point before the survey opens.

Annual activity reporting is due by 12 August 2026.

One primary contact for each cemetery operator can access the portal and is responsible for coordinating activity reporting.

The portal allows the primary contact to delegate entering activity data for one or more facilities to another person. More information on how to do this can be found in the training materials below.

Cemetery operators must notify CCNSW of any material change in their registered information within 14 days after the change occurs.

The quarterly interment service data for financial year 2024–25 and year-to-date financial year 2025–26 features 15 of the largest operators who have reported quarterly in both years. This enables quarterly comparison of activity levels. Annual reporting continues to provide a complete view of the sector. The data represents Total Services (equivalent to Section 1.1 in the CCNSW Activity Report 2024–25 (PDF, 1.3 MB)).
