Operator portal

In 2024 CCNSW launched a new operator portal to streamline the activity reporting process for cemetery operators. Activity reporting for 2024–25 is being conducted in the portal. The portal makes it easier for operators to provide us with the required information and will improve the reliability and usability of the data.

Activity reporting will open for the 2024–25 financial year on 1 July 2025.

The primary contact for each operator will receive an email when the survey opens. You can start working on preparing and gathering your data at any point before the survey opens.

Annual activity reporting is due by 30 August 2025.

One primary contact for each cemetery operator will have access to the portal and will be responsible for coordinating activity reporting. They will be contacted directly when the portal is launched. Other key contacts from your organisation will also be notified when activity reporting opens.

The portal will allow the primary contact to delegate entering activity data for one or more facilities to another person. More information on how to do this can be found in the training materials below.

Cemetery operators must notify CCNSW of any material change in their registered information within 14 days after the change occurs.

CCNSW is finalising the survey questions for the 2024–25 reporting period. The questions will be in a similar form to the 2023–24 period. These will be made available to operators when the survey opens.

The survey questions in the CCNSW annual activity survey 2023-24 (PDF, 87.2 KB) are available to download should you wish to start gathering data before the 2024–25 activity survey opens.
