Make a complaint
Please contact the cemetery or crematorium operator first, preferably in writing.
If the operator does not resolve your complaint, contact:
- NSW Fair Trading for complaints relating to consumer law or funeral directors, or
- Cemeteries & Crematoria NSW for complaints about how operators maintain and manage cemeteries.

When you contact us, please include:
- a summary of the issue
- all names and locations
- what you would like to happen.
